Actually its a banded leaf monkey Presbytis femoralis
Thank you for pointing out the error, you are right. It is a banded leaf monkey, I had identified it wrongly. Gibbons have a white band surrounding the eyes and mouth, while leaf monkeys have individual rings around their eyes.
